What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email, company (optional), phone or WhatsApp number (optional), the type of help you need, and your message. Please don't include sensitive information in your message.

When you visit the site, our hosting and security provider processes basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and block spam.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, discuss your project, and keep a record of our conversation. We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or send you marketing emails.

Who processes it

Only the services that run our website and email: Cloudflare (hosting, security, spam protection and privacy-friendly analytics) and our email providers. Some of them may process data outside Egypt.

Cookies and analytics

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics count visits without cookies and without following you across other websites.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages only as long as we need them to reply and follow up on your request. If you become a client, we keep what we need for the work.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@craftsolutions.io.
